The work.
Shown as proof of breadth. Not a CV.
League, county, country.
Football and basketball from an early age. England squad at 14. MVP at Portsmouth basketball. Sport wasn't a hobby — it was the first system I learned to operate inside. Discipline, team dynamics, what it means to show up when it matters.
AFC Harrogate. Catterick.
Joined the army at 16. BARB in the top two per cent. AFC Harrogate, then Catterick. The injury that ended it taught me something the training never could: how to hold a direction when the original path closes. That skill has been useful every day since.
ISAS bronze. Studio. Label. Live events.
ISAS bronze award in 2021. Co-founded a venue, a studio, and a label. Put on events that booked DJ Ironik and Kid Bookie. Music was proof that creating something from nothing is possible — it's a belief I carry into every other project.
Solent Sports Pride. EDI Heroes.
Founded Solent Sports FC Pride — a club built around real inclusion, not the word. Coaching, safeguarding, mental health first aid. The EDI Heroes award recognised the work. What it actually represents: 45 certifications across coaching, welfare, mental health, and safeguarding, applied in practice, not on paper.
FCOS. The infrastructure underneath all of this.
FCOS — Founder Core Operating System — is the tool I built to make the mission sustainable. It gives founders operating infrastructure: knowledge systems, AI agents, workflows. It's free to start. It's what powers this site, this work, and the next stage.
